Slimnastics!
Description: No to low impact exercise, stretching, core work for the entire body!
Target group: Any age group
Benefit: Slimming and toning the entire body, creating more flexibility, relieve stress

Water Exercise!
Description: Low impact exercise for the entire body in a pool environment
Target group: Any age group, great for all exercisers! Excellent alternative in rehabilitating patients with sensitivities to load and compression.
Benefit: Water exercise is excellent for physical therapy and fitness because it enhances range of motion and eases pain of movement.
