I am asked every day about products and nutrition. Not being a nutritionist I just encourage each of my clients to learn about eating healthy. neither get you anywhere.” Making the choice to eat a healthy plate of blackened salmon, mixed veggies, baked potato and bowl of fresh fruit instead of a fattening plate of fried chicken, fat backed flavored green beans, buttered mashed potatoes and a large piece of apple pie with ice cream is all about that person’s success rate in becoming healthy. Also learning to say NO to one’s self is a huge step in the on going process of one’s success and development to becoming healthy.
Through the years I have continually enjoyed reading and learning from people who are experts in the field of nutrition suggesting good materials and products for my clients to help them change their lives even greater. CHOICES, they are tough, but once you make up your mind what you are wanting to accomplish in your life it can be easy. I understand that in today’s world time is precious and convenience to foods is critical in our ever busy lives. I would encourage you to STOP and make the decision to start a new page in your life. Learn to eat healthy so you can live longer! It really is simple. Just make better choices at the grocery store when shopping and take the time to do some meal planning. Learn to shop from your local growers and marketers.
